When connecting your server or accessing the platform, we collect standard account identifiers through Discord OAuth2 (public username and avatar hash). Passwords are never requested or stored. Server telemetry and leaderboard statistics are synchronized purely to render your community's public web pages.
Payment transactions and billing credentials are processed securely and exclusively by our payment processor, PayPal. Hugster Studio never collects, stores, or handles payment card numbers, bank credentials, or sensitive billing data on our servers.
Collected telemetry is utilized strictly to provide portal hosting, domain routing, and leaderboard services. We do not sell or monetize user data.
